As Development Manager, Austin specializes in securing multifamily development sites and coordinating construction loan closings across SC Bodner’s target markets. Since joining SC Bodner, Austin has managed the development process all the way through construction loan close on projects in Bluffton, SC, Port Charlotte, FL, and Port St Lucie, FL, and has several new developments on the horizon. Previously, he worked as a real estate broker in the greater Indianapolis area.

Brenda brings over fifteen years of experience in construction accounting to SC Bodner Company. As a Certified Public Account, she is responsible for overseeing all avenues of accounting for SC Bodner Company and all of its entities. Brenda supervises all operations related to accounting and financing and is responsible for internal budgeting, supervising highly-skilled accounting personnel, financial reporting, and assisting in strategic financial planning. She is a member of the Indiana CPA Society.

As SC Bodner's Director of Marketing and Communication, Maddie collaborates directly with the directors of construction, development, and property management to ensure high-level brand consistency is met. With four years of multifamily experience and eight years of marketing experience, she specializes in dynamic content creation, multi-media management, creative marketing strategies, strategic planning, and graphic design. Maddie is an Indianapolis native and proud Boilermaker having graduated from the Brian Lamb School of Communication at Purdue University in 2013.

Michelle graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.S. in Business Management. After college, she quickly discovered her talent and passion for multifamily housing and joined SC Bodner Company in 2009. As the Director of Property Management, Michelle and has over 15 years of multifamily experience and oversees the management operations of all new construction and stabilized assets across all markets. Michelle is responsible for financial performance, reporting, talent acquisition, training, innovation, and general oversight of all property management operations. She is a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association.

Molly, a fourth-generation Bodner, is a proud graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis.  As SC Bodner’s Corporate Specialist, she works in conjunction with the construction, development, property management, and marketing teams. With an eye for interior design, Molly is focused on managing the design elements that make SC Bodner's developments stand out. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, especially her three young children.
