Michael comes to SCB from real estate development firm Lauth Group, Inc. (Lauth), where he served as Partner and Chief Investment Officer. With more than 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he brings a distinguished local real estate tenure to SCB. Throughout his professional career, Michael has successfully negotiated and closed over $4B in real estate transactions and is well-versed in all aspects of project capital procurement, acquisitions and dispositions, debt financings, joint ventures, and equity relationships. He is responsible for fostering all capital relationships and assisting with development growth nationwide.
